Out fielders glove is relatively larger to give them better help in catching and more surface for the ball to hit on to. In-fielder’s glove is the smallest to suit their agile movements. But in some instances they are made of buffalo skin, pig skin and also kangaroo skin which are understandably expensive. For the inner pad of the glove there are instances where wool is used, too.

The mitts are a different kind of a glove which does not have fingers. The comfort of the glove is a very important aspect. To break it in sometimes oils and lotions are used. Care must be taken though not to use oil rapidly which will cause the glove to deteriorate faster. From 1970’s the baseball glove has become a fashion in USA.
