Philadelphia, PA – Tim Clark finally broke through for his first PGA Tour win Sunday at The Players Championship and vaulted 20 places in the world rankings to No. 20.

Tiger Woods remained No. 1 despite withdrawing from the tournament during Sunday’s final round due to a neck injury. Phil Mickelson could have passed him with a win, but he tied for 17th place and stayed No. 2.

Steve Stricker, Lee Westwood, Jim Furyk, Ian Poulter, Ernie Els, Paul Casey and Rory McIlroy remained in positions 3-9, while the injured Anthony Kim moved up one spot to No. 10 despite not playing last week.

Martin Kaymer dropped one spot to 11th and Robert Allenby moved up four places to 12th after taking second place behind Clark. That dropped Padraig Harrington, Camilo Villegas, Geoff Ogilvy and Retief Goosen one spot apiece.

Hunter Mahan remained 17th, while Luke Donald was up one to 18th, dropping Henrik Stenson to 19th. Clark rounded out the top 20, knocking Y.E. Yang to 21st this week.
