Without much doubt, the 5 at the top should definitely be here, but what about the others?
- American Football – There is no doubt that this is the number one, the Super Bowl says it all.
- Baseball – Let’s put it this way, the only competition to have a world series where only America takes part.
- Basketball – Well simply put this is played by well over three hundred million people around the world.
- Hockey – It is difficult to get bored watching this, and the Americans love it for that.
- Golf – Always considered a posh mans sport, and it is, except Tiger Woods really set it off for everyone.
- Wrestling – This is by far one of the most skilled sports there is, even though it is staged.
- Tennis – A great athletic sport, that requires a lot of skill, it may not be American in origin but who cares.
- Skateboarding – A massive sporting phenomenon, but only with thanks to America.
- Surfing – Enjoyed by all around the world, but made great by America.
- Ice Skating – A very big American sport, also big in Russia too, these are great competitors.
- Boxing – Is starting to catch up with Wrestling, but needs more time and more frequent fights.
- Soccer- Although no where near as big as American Football, still a growing sport.
- Archery – A guaranteed final spot in the Olympics for the Americans with the likes of Geena Davis, training harder than ever.
- Volleyball – Now I am not entirely sure who invented Women’s Volleyball but i would like to shake their hand.
- Cycling – A very tough sport, especially in competition with nations, but America sticks to its usual greatness.
- Track and Field – Up until recently the Americans have completely dominated Track and Field events at the Olympics.
- Horse Racing – A great sport, loved by all mainly for betting, but the riders do well to.
- Rock Climbing – The Americans have really taken to this, and they do have some of the best possible scenery for it.
- Extreme Sports – The Americans love this, especially when things go wrong, not sure why though.
- Auto Racing – Is very popular, but it doesn’t come high because of the different opinions across America.
