Both teams are coming off losses heading into this one, Purdue is currently on a five-game losing streak. The Boilermakers suffered their seventh loss of the season to Michigan State last weekend, getting outscored 35-31. Indiana is also coming off a rough loss against Penn State, the team’s defense didn’t show up in the second half and allowed a comeback win by Penn State.

Keys to the Game:

–          Indiana’s quarterback, Ben Chappell has had great success when passing the ball for the Hoosiers. The senior quarterback has passed for 2,965 yards and 21 touchdowns this season, keeping the Hoosiers 15th in passing yards per game this season.

–        Freshman quarterback, Rob Henry nearly led the Hoosiers to an upset over Michigan State before making his mistakes. Henry threw for 189 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in his last game.

–         One of Chappell’s favorite targets is Damarlo Belcher. The junior receiver has caught 70 balls for 749 yards and four touchdowns this season for the Hoosiers. He’s been struggling as of late, with five total catches for 43 yards and zero touchdowns in the last two weeks.
