Boston

  • The Celtics were able to sweep the lowly Knicks in their first round match up. Ray Allen has done solid in these playoffs alongside Paul Pierce, as both vets are averaging 22 points per game in the post season.
  • Boston’s front court should be able to do solid against Miami’s big men. Jermaine O’Neal hasn’t done much for the team but the Celtics find production in the paint through Kevin Garnett. Garnett had 26 points and 10 rebounds in the team’s most recent win.

Miami

  • Miami looks to be in control after defeating the Sixers 4-1 in the previous series. Both Dwyane Wade and LeBron James have had their shares of highlights in the first round, they were face a tough challenge against Boston’s defense.
  • Dwyane Wade will have the assignment of keeping track of Ray Allen in this series. Wade will need to continue being effective on offense while slowing down one of Boston’s most dangerous scorers on the other end.

NBA Picks Game Forecast:

This Eastern clash should be one of the finest series in a few years. The Celtics have a nice groove going on offense and should be able to make some stops against the Heat. Miami exposed a few signs of weaknesses in the previous series against Philadelphia, they will to take control of the game’s flow when playing at home.
