Indiana Pacers (5-6) vs. Miami Heat (8-5)

Monday, November 22nd, 2010 7:30PM EST

Line: Miami -11.5

Overview:

The Miami Heat are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Grizzlies in their last game. The Heat suffered their fifth loss of the season last Saturday, Rudy Gay was able to hit a buzzer beater to put the final score at 97-95. Indiana is also coming off a loss in their last game, losing to the Magic 90-86.

Keys to the Game:

–          Roy Hibbert has been doing everything to keep Indiana above water. The 7’2’’ giant is averaging 16.7 points, 10 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game this season. He had 19 points and 10 rebounds in the team’s last game.

–          Miami might be without Dwyane Wade in this game; look for LeBron and Bosh to excel against this Indiana defense. James has done well dishing the ball this season, averaging 8.8 assists this season. Miami should benefit from both James and Bosh, who will be attacking hard on offense to make up for Wade’s absence.

–          Granger continues to lead the team in scoring, averaging 21.3 points per game this season. The forward has also helped the front court in rebounding, averaging 4.9 boards per game this season.

Game Forecast:

Miami will dominate offensively in this game; both LeBron and Chris Bosh understand their importance in this game, especially coming off their big loss. Indiana should benefit from Wade’s absence, and should be able to score the ball well inside with Hibbert. The Heat should prevail but not by a landslide.
