Sacramento Kings (3-4) at Phoenix Suns (3-4)

Friday, November 12th, 2010 9:00PM EST

Line:  Phoenix -7.5

Overview:

Both of these teams have struggled as of late, with Sacramento losing their last three games. The Kings’ last game was a loss to Minnesota, 98-89. The Phoenix Suns are also coming off a tough loss, losing 109-99 to the Grizzlies in their last game.

Keys to the Game:

–          Phoenix and Sacramento are among the worst defensive teams in the league this season. Both teams are giving up a lot of points this season and are having a hard time making games close down the line. The Suns have done a great job scoring the ball this season though, averaging 108.3 points per game this season.

–          The Kings are averaging 20.9 assists per game this season, while being able to score 102.1 points per game this season. They’ve seen great production from their rookie, DeMarcus Cousins and have also seen smart play from Beno Udrih. Udrih has been able to average 14.3 points and 6.1 assists this season for Sacramento.

–         The Phoenix Suns love to find some scoring from their 9-year-vet, Jason Richardson. The 29-year-old is averaging 21.7 points for the team this season, while being able to shoot 48% from the three-point line this season.

Game Forecast:

Sacramento will need a much better game from their leader, Tyreke Evans in this game. Evans was held to five points after just shooting five shots and making one in the team’s lost against Minnesota. The Suns will be comfortable scoring the ball in their home court, but will have to step up their defense to find their fourth win of the season.
