When Bonomo emerged victorious, he also became the winner of more than a quarter million dollars with his final pot coming in at $237,692. Caesars Palace is one of the names that is most identified with the city of Las Vegas and was a fitting site for the most recent event upon the WSOPC before the event heads to New Orleans later this month.

As one of the best poker houses in the city, major events like the WSOPC are frequent visitors at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. With a poker room that is over 8500 square feet and regularly scheduled daily and weekly tournaments, Caesar’s palace is simply put, a poker destination. This recent WSOPC event is only one of many major events held at the Casino, and from the last week in May until the 10th of June the “Mega Stack” poker series will be the headlining gaming event at the facility.

The WSOPC is the touring poker circuit which has emerged from the world famous World Series of Poker, the world’s oldest, most respected, and highest paying poker tournament. These are high profile, high paying events which have in recent months visited locations like Indiana, Lake Tahoe, to Atlantic City hotels, the Fitzgerald Tunica, and San Diego. That the circuit makes its one stop in recent months in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace goes to show that this is the premiere destination within the city to head to for poker enthusiasts and for professional players.

In addition to the large scale events like the WSOPC and the Mega Stack series, which is coming shortly, there are regularly scheduled tournaments which take place in the poker room at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Daily No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournaments are held every single day; with buy-ins that range from sixty five dollars to three hundred thirty dollars. This way, the Casino is able to
offer the full scale poker tournament experience even to those that might not be able to bankroll the thousands of dollars which are required to make an entry into some of the large events in the professional poker world.
